摘要
采用超临界CO2萃取和索氏提取两种不同的方法提取了沙葱花挥发油,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析比较了两种挥发油的化学组分。结果表明,2种提取方法所得沙葱花挥发油的化学成分存在一定差异,从超临界CO2萃取中鉴定出27个组分,索氏提取鉴定出16个组分,其中共有组分12个,主要为1-甲氧基-4-(1-丙烯)苯(25.33%和22.39%)、癸醛(22.39%和1.35%)、己醛(1.78%和15.9%)和姜辣素(12.60%和11.28%)。不同提取方法对沙葱花挥发油的提取效果有显著影响,超临界CO2萃取相比索氏提取萃取能力强,提取效率高。
Volatile oil form Allium Mongolicum Regel flowers is obtained by Supercritical CO2 extraction and Soxhlet extraction,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is used to analyze and compare the chemical groups of the two different methods of extracting Allium flower essential oil.The results of GC-MS show that 27 components are identified in the volatile oil using Supercritical CO2 extraction and 16 components suing Soxhlet extraction.12 compounds are common,the major chemical composition in volatile oil from Allium Mongolicum Regel flowers are 1-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)benzene(25.33%and 22.39%),decanaldehyde(22.39%and 1.35%),hexaldehyde(1.78%and 15.9%)and 6-Gingerol(12.60%and 11.28%).There are different extraction efficiencies and significant differences of the chemical components between the essential oil prepared by different methods.It shows that the capability and efficiency of Supercritical CO2 extraction are higher than that of Soxhlet extraction.
