摘要
介绍了我国型焦工艺技术现状及未来发展空间,主要对型焦成型工艺、成型机理及影响型焦质量的因素进行了研究。结果表明:原料种类、原料粒度、热解温度和粘结剂性质是影响型焦质量的主要因素;型焦成型工艺主要有冷压、热压、生物质型焦等;型焦成形过程中,液相胶质体的数量和质量是关键,随着温度升高,胶质体不断分解、缩聚和固化形成半焦,温度进一步升高,缩聚反应进一步发展,半焦体积收缩,最终变成具有一定块度和强度的银灰色并具有金属光泽的焦炭。
The current situation and future development space of formed coke technology in China are introduced.Formed coke forming process,forming mechanism and the factors influencing the quality of formed coke are studied.The results show that the type and size of raw materials,pyrolytic temperature and binder are the main factors influencing the quality of coke.Molding process of formed coke includes cold pressing,hot pressing and biomass formed coke.In the process of coking,the quantity and quality of liquid glial are key factors.The glial constantly breaks down,condensifies and solidifies to form semi-coke as the temperature rises.When the temperature further increases,the condensation polymerization is further developed,and the semicoke volume shrinks.Silver grey coke are formed with a certain degree,strength and metallic gloss.
