摘要
目的:在NaCl溶液胁迫下,谷子不同品种种子萌发过程及幼苗生长过程的耐盐性。方法是用蒸馏水配置不同浓度的NaCl溶液分别为0、30、90、150、210、270mmol/L,将供试品种为‘香谷’和‘高39’放入干净的培养皿中,在25℃下进行发芽培养,在培养期间每天记录谷子不同品种种子的发芽种子数目,测量幼苗的苗高及根长。结果:供试的2份材料中表明,在NaCl溶液胁迫下,不同品种谷子种子的萌发过程及幼苗生长过程受到了严重影响,但NaCl溶液胁迫对谷子种子萌发速度、幼苗苗高及根长影响较小,表现出较强的耐盐能力。
Objective:Under the intervention of NaCl solution,the germination process of different varieties of millet seeds and the salt tolerance in the growth process of the seedlings are explored.Method:Different concentrations of NaCl with distilled water are respectively 0(control),30,90,150,210,270mmol/L.The tested varieties of“millet”and“millet 39”are put into clean petri dishes and cultivated at 25 degrees centigrade.In the process of cultivating,the seed number of different varieties of millet seed,the seedling height and root length are recorded each day.Results:The intervention of NaCl solution seriously affects the seed germination and seedling growth of different varieties of millet,but NaCl solution has less effect on seed germination rate,seedling height and root length,showing strong salt tolerance.
