铝灰综合回收利用的技术现状（英文）

Current Situation of the Comprehensive Recovery and Utilization of Aluminum Ash

铝灰是铝冶炼、成型过程中的主要副产品.以往对铝灰的不当处理不仅造成了铝资源的浪费,还带来了一系列的环境污染问题,因此,寻求经济有效的方法综合回收利用铝灰势在必行.文章主要阐述了铝灰作为净水剂的原料、生产公路材料的原料、制备陶瓷清水砖、合成油墨用氧化铝等方面的工艺,并展望了铝灰回收工艺的研发以及铝灰处理行业的发展趋势.

Aluminum ash is the main by-product of aluminum smelting and forming process.In the past,the improper treatment not only resulted in the waste of aluminum resources,but also brought a series of environmental pollution problems.Therefore,it is an economical and effective method to comprehensively recycle the aluminum.This paper mainly elaborated the technology of treating aluminum ash as raw materials for water purifiers,road materials,preparing ceramic water brick,synthetic ink for aluminum oxide and so on.The development of aluminum ash recovery process and the leapfrog development of aluminum ash processing industry were prospected.
