摘要 笔者结合多年食品添加剂教学的积累,深感案例教学在食品添加剂教学过程中的重要性,针对食品添加剂教学过程中的问题,笔者分别采用几种案例教学的方式收到了较好的效果,特总结与同行分享。 Based on the accumulation of many years of teaching of food additives,the author deeply appreciates the importance of case teaching in the process of food additive teaching.In view of the problems in the process of food additive teaching,the author received good results through several case teaching methods,Summary and share with colleagues.
