摘要
镁合金板材在各领域均较为常用,提高板材制作时的轧制工艺水平、增强板材的组织性能,是提高各领域材料质量的基础。本文通过实验的方式,从板锭工艺、轧制工艺、退火工艺及组织结构等方面入手,对镁合金板材轧制工艺及组织性能的有关问题进行了研究。通过对实验结果的筛选,确定了一套较具可行性的轧制方案,以其能够为有关领域提供参考。
Magnesium alloy sheet is commonly used in various fields.It is the basis to improve the quality of materials in various fields to improve the rolling process and improve the microstructure and properties of the sheet.In this paper,by means of experiments,starting from ingot technology,rolling technology,annealing process and organizational structure and other aspects of magnesium alloy sheet rolling process and organizational performance of the issues were studied.Through the screening of the experimental results,a set of more feasible rolling plan was determined,which can provide a reference for the relevant fields.
