我国脑卒中患者的康复护理模式综述

在我国,脑卒中是一种常见病症,具有高发病率、高致残率的特点。随着社会及经济的发展,脑卒中逐渐趋于年轻化,而卒中后所致的肢体及神经、心理等功能障碍给家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。在药物及手术治疗的基础上,寻找适用于我国的康复护理模式对于脑卒中患者的康复治疗尤为重要。本文对当前我国常用的康复护理模式进行归纳,通过本综述,为今后寻找适合我国脑卒中患者的康复护理模式提供理论依据。

In our country,stroke is a common condition with high morbidity and morbidity.With the social and economic development,stroke gradually tends to be younger,and stroke and other physical,neurological and psychiatric disorders have a heavy burden on families and the community.On the basis of medicine and surgical treatment,looking for the rehabilitation nursing model suitable for our country is particularly important for the rehabilitation of stroke patients.This article summarizes the commonly used patterns of rehabilitation nursing in our country.Through this review,we can provide a theoretical basis for finding a rehabilitation nursing model suitable for stroke patients in the future.
