直肠超声引导下的前列腺穿刺活检检出率分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检中各指标不同水平组的检出率及临床价值。方法选取2009年5月—2016年7月经直肠超声引导下行前列腺穿刺活检并送检病理检查的98例患者进行分析。结果 98例患者中,前列腺癌检出率为29.6%。经过不同的血清前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平组队下,病理结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),穿刺结果阳性率随PSA水平的升高而上升;超声检查结果发现有结节的前列腺癌中,结节位置都位于外腺。结论经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺前列腺癌检出率与PSA的水平呈正相关;当发现外腺低回声结节时应警惕为前列腺癌的可能。 Objective To analyze the detection rates of various indicators at different levels following transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy,and evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided biopsy.Methods Ninety-eight patients who underwent prostate biopsy guided by transtectal ultrasound(TRUS)from May 2009 to July 2016 were analyzed.Results In the ninety-eight patients,the detection rate of prostate cancer was 29.6%.The positive rates of biopsy increased with the rising of prostate specific antigen(PSA)levels(P<0.001).Ultrasound examination revealed nodules in outer glands of the prostate cancer cases.Conclusion The detection rate of prostate cancer is positively correlated with PSA level.Any outer gland hypoechoic nodules should arouse suspicion of prostate cancer.
