摘要
将低温微量润滑冷风加工技术应用于汽轮机末级叶片加工中,通过和普通切削液润滑试验对比,分析了不同冷却条件加工对刀具寿命的影响及叶片表面的残余应力和变形影响规律。实验表明,低温微量润滑风冷切削技术应用于叶片粗加工,能有效提高切削效率,延长刀具寿命,改善切削环境,应用前景广阔。
We have applied the air-cooled cutting technology with cryogenic minimum quantity lubrication in the last stage blades processing of the steam turbine,through the comparison with the tests of the ordinary cutting fluid lubrication,we analyzed the influence of different cooling conditions of processing on the knives’service life and the residual stress and deformation on the surface of the blade.The tests shew that the air-cooled minimum quantity lubrication technology applied to blade roughing processing can effectively improve the cutting efficiency,extend tool life,improve the cutting environment,and the application has wide prospect.
