摘要
高职院校顶岗实习在培养操作技能，提高就业能力方面有着重要的作用。然而高职顶岗实习却存在着诸多问题。本文分析了目前顶岗实习中存在的主要问题，并对提高高职学生顶岗实习质量提出了一些对策。
Post practice plays an important role for higher vocational colleges students to traintheir skills and improve their ability to be employed.However,there are many problems in it.This paper analyzes the existing problems in it,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of the higher vocational college students’post practice.
