A Review of Li Da’s Modern Sociology——A Brief Analysis of Li Da’s Historical Materialism

李达的《现代社会学》因其系统的理论体系和鲜明的中国特色，成为中国早期马克思主义者对唯物史观所作的最系统、最全面的阐释。书中，李达首先综合介绍了中国早期马克思主义者对唯物史观的不同见解，指出了唯物史观与历史学、经济学、政治学、法学、人类学等学科都存在密切联系且相互影响，为后人提供了研究和解释唯物史观的方法和方向，进而严格的依据唯物辩证法的原理既坚持唯物论，反对唯意志论，又坚持辩证法反对机械论。再次，对社会的起源、发展、变革进行分析，最后结合当时国际环境和革命实践的思考，把帝国主义与中国革命的关系置于唯物史观视角中进行阐释，深刻地体现了历史的唯物论和历史的辩证法的有机统一，是对马克思主义哲学中国化范式的创造性运用。

Li Da’s Modern Sociology has become the most systematic and comprehensive interpretation of the historical materialism of China’s early Marxists because of its most systematic theoretical system and distinctive Chinese characteristics.In this book,Li Da first introduced that the early Chinese Marxists had different viewpoints of historical materialism,pointed out the historical materialism and history,economics,political science,law,anthropology and other disciplines are closely related and influenced to each other,and provided the latter generation with the posterity study and explain the method and the direction of historical materialism,and strictly persevered in the principles of materialist dialectics adhere to materialism,both against the voluntarism and adhere to the dialectic against mechanistic.And then,it analyzed the origin,development and change of the society,Finally it combined the international environment with the thoughts of revolutionary practice,put the relationship between imperialism and the Chinese revolution in the interpretation of the perspective of historical materialism,profoundly reflecting organic unity of the historical materialism and historical dialectics,which is the creative use of the Sinicization of Marxist philosophy paradigm.
