Xinjiang cross-border ethnic issues affect national security,political security,cultural security,thereby affecting national security,and resolve the issue of cross-border ethnic issues in Xinjiang properly is extremely important.Considering the complex,international and long-term features of the problem,the following measures are suggested from the perspective of the overall national security concept,guiding the ideology of the Xinjiang cross-border ethnic as the foundation,establishing friendly relations with neighboring countries,strengthening patriotic education,and improving the Xinjiang cross-border minority cadre training and appointment to safeguard national security effectively.
