摘要
为筛选比较优良的大刍草,利用NIRS测定玉米与7个不同大刍草杂种F1籽粒中的油分、蛋白质、淀粉含量。试验结果表明:杂种F1的油分、蛋白质及淀粉指标均显著或极显著高于对照48-2;油分、蛋白质含量具有较强的对照优势,淀粉含量的对照优势较弱;导入大刍草基因可提高玉米的油分和蛋白质含量。
To screen good variety of Teosinte,the content of oil,protein and starch in maize and 7 different Teosinte hybrid F1grain was determined by using NIRS.The experimental results showed that:The index of oil,protein and starch in hybrid F1 was significantly or extremely significantly higher than that in contrast 48-2;The content of oil and protein had stronger contrast heterosis,while the content of starch had weaker contrast hererosis;Importing Teosinte gene could improve the content of oil and protein in maize.
