摘要
根据莱芜地区大蒜种植模式和技术要求,借鉴现有的研究成果,设计一种手扶式小型电动挖蒜机。挖蒜机以蓄电池组为动力源,由直流无刷电机直接驱动,采用变频控制技术控制转速,利用后翻土和震土分离原理实现大蒜挖掘。
The existing research results was used to design a kind of small walking type electric digging garlic machine according to the cropping pattern and technical requirements of garlic in Laiwu area.The digging garlic machine,which used battery as the power source,was drove directly by brushless DC motor,frequency conversion control technology was used to control the revolving speed,and realized garlic dug by taking advantage of the theory of back plough coulter and shaking soil off.
