摘要
为适应水稻穴粘籽铺膜直播技术实际生产需求,研究设计出2BZP-7型水稻穴粘籽铺膜机。阐述水稻穴粘籽铺膜机的设计要求与主要部件的设计方案,并进行机具性能试验与作业试验测试,证明该机具各项性能均达到设计要求。
In order to meet the actual production demand of direct sowing technology for hole stick seed film laying for rice,2BZP-7 type hole stick seed film laying machine for rice was studied and designed.This paper expounded the design requirements of hole stick seed film laying machine for rice and designing scheme of major components,and carried out performance test and operation test of the machine,which verified that all the performance of this machine meet the design requirement.
