摘要
教育生态学是把生态学原理与方法运用于教育研究的一种跨学科研究方法。教师专业发展处于一个生态系统中,其能否健康发展与这个生态系统中的各个因子有着密切关系。通过对商务英语教师专业发展中的各种因子进行分析,认识到有利因子,对其加以充分利用,同时也认识到限制因子的存在,努力排除这些限制因子,为商务英语教师的发展建立一个和谐的生态环境。
Education ecology is an interdisciplinary approach that applies the ecological principles and methods in the educational research.Teacher professional development is in an ecological system,and its healthy development is closely related to every factor in this ecosystem.The factors in the professional development of business English teach原ers are analyzed.It is pointed out that the favorable factors should be made full use of and the limiting factors should be eliminated so as to build a harmonious ecological environment for the development of business English teachers.
