摘要
分析了焦炉在不同直行温度下干熄焦生产工况的试验数据,找出了干熄焦循环风机转数、排焦温度、锅炉入口负压、锅炉入口温度等关键参数的影响因素,同时分析了干熄炉内烧损率的影响因素,提出了降低烧损率的控制措施。采取措施后,焦炉加热煤气消耗降低,干熄焦焦炭产量提高,为降低干熄焦烧损率的研究提供了参考。
The experimental data based on the operating coke oven at different longitudinal temperatures by using the dry quenching coke(CDQ)process were analyzed.Therefore some key influencing factors such as the evolutions of the circulation fan to the dry quenching coke(CDQ)system,coke-discharging temperature and inlet negative pressure of the boiler were found out.Meanwhile the factors of influencing the burn-out loss rate of the dry quenching furnace were also analyzed and thus the control measures for reducing the burn-out loss rate were proposed.After the measures were taken,the consumption of coal gas for heating the coke oven was decreased while the output of coke by using the CDQ process was increased,which gave the references for the studies on how to decrease the burn-out loss rate by the CDQ process.
