摘要
研究了在实验室自然存放状态下炼钢用活性石灰中氧化钙含量随时间变化的规律。通过选取有代表性的活性石灰样品,采用EDTA滴定法测定活性石灰中氧化钙含量。利用统计方法形成氧化钙含量随时间变化的数学模型,通过数学模型准确推算出存放时间与活性石灰中氧化钙含量的关系,为炼钢生产中活性石灰的准确使用提供依据。
The change regularity of content of calcium oxide in the active lime for steelmaking stored at the laboratory with the time variation was studied.By selecting the representative samples of the active lime,the content of calcium oxide in the active lime was determined by using the EDTA titration method.And the mathematical model of content-changing for calcium oxide with the time variation was established by using the statistical method.By means of the model the relationship between the storage time and the content of calcium oxide in the active lime was calculated accurately,which can provide the basis for accurately feeding the amount of the active lime during steelmaking.
