Research progress of Wnt1-inducible signaling pathway protein 1

Wnt1-诱导的信号通路蛋白1(Wnt1-inducible signaling pathway protein 1,WISP1)是CCN家族成员之一,不仅在正常发育分化中发挥重要的作用,而且与疾病如炎症、损伤后修复、癌症的发生发展息息相关。研究WISP1的分子学特性将有助于疾病的诊断与治疗。本文就WISP1在生理和病理情况下的作用机制进行综述。

Wnt1-inducible signaling pathway protein 1(WISP1)is a member of CCN family,which plays important roles not only in the normal development and differentiation,but also in diseases such as inflammation,repair after injury,and the occurrence of cancer.To study the molecular characteristics of WISP1 will be helpful to the diagnosis and treatment for the disease.In the present study,the role mechanism of WISP1 in physiological and pathological conditions is reviewed.
