基于内镜下治疗108例大肠息肉的临床效果分析

Clinical Observation of Endoscopic Treatment of 108 Cases of Colorectal Polyps

目的探讨内镜下治疗大肠息肉的临床效果。方法方便选择该院2016年4月—2017年4月接收的大肠息肉患者108例,均给予内镜下治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果 108例大肠息肉患者中,一次性成功切除107例,切除率99.1%。术中经观察,42例患者息肉直径在0.5 mm以内,息肉一次性切除成功率100.0%;40例患者息肉直径0.5~2.0cm,息肉一次性切除成功率100.0%;26例患者息肉直径2.0~2.5 cm,息肉一次性成功切除率96.2%。术后,出现穿孔1例,腹膜炎1例,发生率1.9%,经禁食、胃肠减压、奥曲肽、抗感染治疗后均痊愈。结论大肠息肉行内镜下手术切除治疗时,具有良好的治疗效果,且并发症少,可促使患者尽早痊愈。

Objective This paper tries to discuss the clinical effect of endoscopic treatm ent of colorectal polyps.Methods 108 cases of polyps patients received from April 2016 to April 2017 were conveniently selected for endoscopic treatm ent and then the clinical effect was observed.Results Among the 108 cases of polyps,107 cases of polyps were successfully removed for the first tim e,and the cut rate was 99.1%.According to the intraoperative observation,42 patients had polyp diam eter w ithin 0.5 mm,and the success rate of cutting was 100.0%.40 patients had polyp diam eter of betw een 0.5 and 2.0 cm and the success rate of cutting was 100.0%.26 patients had polyp diam eter of betw een 2.0 to 2.5 cm and 96.2%of which were successfully removed.After surgery,1 case of perforation,1 case of peritonitis,and the incidence was 1.9%,and were recovered after fasting,gastrointestinal decom pression,octreotide,and anti-infection treatm ent.Conclusion The operation of endoscopic surgery has good therapeutic effect and few com plications for colorectal polyps,which can help the patient to recover quickly.
