PFNA微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Minimally Invasive Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture with PFNA

目的探析对股骨粗隆间骨折患者采取PFNA微创治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2012年3月—2017年7月期间收治的215例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,将其分为研究组和对照组,研究组108例采取PFNA(股骨近端防旋髓内钉)微创治疗,对照组107例采取DHS(动力髋螺钉系统)治疗,比较两组手术指标及并发症等。结果研究组手术时间(67.3±10.4)min、术中出血量(210.4±70.8)m L、住院时间(15.3±5.2)d、骨折愈合时间(10.4±2.3)周与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为2.78%与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于股骨粗隆间骨折患者采取PFNA微创治疗的临床效果确切,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of m inim ally invasive treatm ent of PFNA in patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Methods 215 patients with intertrochanteric fractures from M arch 2012 to July 2017 were conveniently divided into the study group and the control group.In the study group,108 patients were treated with m inim ally invasive treatm ent of PFNA(proximal fem oral intram edullary nail),the control group of 107 patients took DHS(dynam ic hip screw system)treatm ent,the surgical indicators and com plications of the two groups were com pared.Results The operative tim e was(67.3±10.4)m in,intraoperative blood loss was(210.4±70.8)mL,hospital stay was(15.3±5.2)d,fracture healing tim e was(10.4±2.3)w eeks,significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).The com plication rate was 2.78%and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of m inim ally invasive treatm ent of PFNA in patients with intertrochanteric fractures is accurate and safe,and it is worthy of popularization.
