早期偏瘫肢体综合训练对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响分析

Effect of Early Hemiplegic Limb Comprehensive Training on Life Quality of Stroke Patients

目的评价脑卒中患者护理前期过程中,行偏瘫肢体综合训练的效果,以及对生活质量的影响。方法方便选取该院于2013年6月—2017年6月期间所收治的脑卒中患者共60例,采用随机分组原则将其平均分为研究组和对照组,每组各为30例。2组患者均予以基础神经内科治疗以及康复护理模式,在此基础上,研究组患者的病症稳定后行偏瘫肢体综合训练。对比2组患者的上肢运动功能评分、下肢功能运动评分、肢体感觉功能评分以及MBI评分等指标,同时记录患者对护理的满意度。结果 2组患者治疗前的各项功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后的指标对比中,研究组上述指标分别为(23.07±7.27)分、(25.73±9.23)分、(27.39±7.70)分以及(74.97±14.64)分,对照组上述指标分别为(16.48±3.54)分、(17.50±4.85)分、(18.93±5.80)分以及(43.20±12.56)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.463 8、1.3232、4.806 7以及9.021 0,P<0.05)。同时2组满意度的比较中,研究组93.3%显著优于对照组70.0%,组间比较(χ2=5.454 5,P=0.019 5)。结论将早期偏瘫肢体综合训练模式应用于脑卒中患者的护理进程中,能够有效改善患者的肢体功能情况,以此提升患者的生活质量,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。

Objective This paper tries to evaluate the effect of com prehensive training of hem iplegic limbs in stroke p atientsand their quality of life. Methods 60 patients with stroke were enrolled in this study from June 2013 to June 2017.The patients were convenient selected and divided into the study group and the control group by random grouping principle,with 30 cases in each group. Both groups of patients were given basic neurological treatm ent and rehabilitation care model,on this basis, the study group of patients was given hem iplegia limb com prehensive training after their illness becom ing stable.The scores of upper limb motor function, lower limb motor score, limb sensory function score and MBI score were comparedbetw een the two groups, and the satisfaction of the patients was recorded. Results There were no significant differencein the functional scores of the two groups before treatm ent(P<0.05). After the treatm ent, the above indexes were (23.07土7.27)points, (25.73±9.23)points, (27.39±7.70)points and (74.97±14.64)points respectively in the study group. The above indexeswere (16.48±3.54)points, (17.50±4.85)points, (18.93±5.80)points and (43.20±12.56)points(t=4.463 8,1.323 2,4.806 7 and9.021 0, P < 0.05 ). At the same time, the satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup (93.3% vs 70.0% ), and after com parison (字2=5.454 5, P=0.019 5 ). Conclusion It is im portant to apply the early hem iplegiclim b com prehensive training model in the nursing process of stroke patients, which can effectively improve the limbfunction of the patients, so as to im prove the quality of life of the patients.
