贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Benazepril Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Hypertension with Coronary Heart Disease

目的对比观察使用贝那普利、阿托伐他汀钙片联合治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法方便选取该院高血压合并冠心病患者120例(2015年5月—2017年5月),随机分2组(每组60例),对照组高血压合并冠心病患者用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组再联合使用贝那普利,对比2组血脂、血压情况,记录2组治疗效果。结果观察组高血压合并冠心病患者的血脂、血压情况较对照组有优势(P<0.05),且观察组高血压合并冠心病患者的总有效率达到95.00%,而对照组仅有80.00%,2组对比的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对高血压合并冠心病的患者使用贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片的效果佳。

Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of benazepril and atorvastatin on the treatm ent of hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods In this hospital,120 patients with hypertension com plicated with coronary heart disease from May 2015 to May 2017 were convenient selected and random ly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group,the patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in the treatm ent group was treated with atorvastatin calcium and the observation group added benazepril on the basis of the control group.The blood lipid and blood pressure and the curative effect of the two groups were recorded.Results The blood lipid and blood pressure of the patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the patients with hypertension was 95.00%,while the control group was only 80.00%,and the difference betw een the data was significan^P^0.05冤.Conclusion The clinical effect of benazepril com bined atorvastatin calcium in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease is good.
