ERCP联合腹腔镜下胆囊切除治疗胆总管结石患者的术后护理

Postoperative Nursing Care of Patients with Choledocholithiasis Treated by ERCP Combined with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨和总结ERCP联合腹腔镜下胆囊切除治疗胆总管结石后患者的护理。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2017年6月期间63例胆总管结石患者作为观察对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组两组,所接受的术后护理措施分别为综合护理和常规护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行观察分析,比较两组患者术后并发症的发生情况和对护理的服务满意度。结果观察组手术患者术后并发症发生率(9.67%)较对照组手术患者术后并发症发生率(31.25%)更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度(96.77%)较对照组(71.87%)显著更优,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ERCP联合腹腔镜下胆囊切除治疗胆总管结石创口小,创伤轻微,恢复快,但并发症时有发生,术后应给予患者合理有效的术后护理,密切关注病情变化从而确保手术成功。

Objective This paper tries to investigate and sum m arize the nursing of patients with choledocholithiasis treated by ERCP com bined with laparoscopic cholecystectom y.Methods 63 patients with choledochlithiasis in this hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were convenient selected as the observation objects and were random ly divided into the observation group and the control group,taking com prehensive nursing and routine nursing respectively,and then the nursing effect of two groups of patients was observed and analyzed,and the incidence of com plications and the satisfaction of nursing service were com pared betw een the two groups.Results The postoperative com plication rate in the observation group was 9.67%,lower than that in the control group of 31.25%,with significant differences betw een the groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,better than that in the control group of 71.87%,with significant differences betw een the groups(P<0.0 5).Conclusion ERCP com bined with laparoscopic cholecystectom y in the treatm ent of cholecystectom y with small wound,slight traum a,rapid recovery,and a few of com plications,postoperative nursing should be given to patients with reasonable and effective care,close attention should be paid to the condition changes so as to ensure the operation success.
