补中益气方辅助克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study on Buzhongyiqi Recipe Adjuvant Clomiphene in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探究多囊卵巢综合征运用补中益气方辅助克罗米芬治疗的应用价值。方法便利选取100例在2013年1月—2015年6月于福建中医药大学附属人民医院诊治的PCOS患者,自愿原则分为观察组(补中益气方辅助克罗米芬治疗)和对照组(克罗米芬治疗)各50例。比较子宫内膜厚度、宫颈粘液评分、LH/FSH、T等女性激素值及排卵率、妊娠率。结果观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度、宫颈粘液评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生殖激素水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排卵率(69.42%)、妊娠率(62.00%)高于对照组(58.09%、34.00%)(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征经补中益气方辅助克罗米芬治疗,可降低克罗米芬对子宫内膜及宫颈粘液的影响,改善LH、LH/FSH、T值等指标,提高排卵及妊娠率。

Objective This paper tries to explore the application value of Buzhongyiqi recipe combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 100 patients with PCOS diagnosed at the Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to June 2015 were convenient randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(adopting Buzhongyiqi recipe combined with Clomiphene treatment)and the control group(taking Clomiphene treatment),with 50 cases in each group.The endometrial thickness,cervical mucus score,LH/FSH,T and other female hormone values and ovulation rate,pregnancy rate of both groups were compared.Results The endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of reproductive hormone in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were 69.42%and 62.00%,and higher than those of the control group of 58.09%and 34.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with Buzhongyiqi recipe combined with clomiphene can reduce the effect of clomiphene on endometrial and cervical mucus and improve the indexes of LH,LH/FSH and T,and improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
