福建省特色小镇发展现状分析及对策研究

Study on the Status Quo of Development of Characteristic Towns in Fujian Province and Countermeasures

福建省开展特色小镇创建取得显著成效,现已创建39个特色小镇,其中国家级特色小镇14个、省级特色小镇25个。但是,在福建省特色小镇创建工作快速推进的同时,也暴露出诸多问题。因此,该文从福建省特色小镇的发展现状入手,分析当前福建省特色小镇的主要类型及数量与地区分布,发现主要存在考评体系未出台、传统文化未弘扬、人文气息淡薄、新兴产业引进困难、人才缺乏等问题,基于对当前存在的主要问题的分析,笔者结合福建省实际情况,提出应加紧出台考评体系、加快产融结合、加强特色文化打造等相应的对策建议。

Since the establishment of a special town in Fujian Province,we have continuously achieved remarkable results.Has now created 39 distinctive towns,including 14 state-level towns and 25 provincial towns.However,while the work of creating distinctive towns in Fujian Province has progressed rapidly,many problems have also been exposed.Therefore,starting from the current situation of the development of characteristic townships in Fujian Province,this paper analyzes the main types,quantity and geographical distribution of the characteristic townships in Fujian Province,finds that the main existing evaluation system is not introduced,traditional culture is not promoted,cultural atmosphere is weak,new industries Based on the analysis of the main problems currently existing in China,the author proposes that the evaluation system should be stepped up and the combination of industry and finance should be accelerated to strengthen the culture of special features.
