养血调肝结合辨证论治干眼症

Treatment of dry eye based on liver nourishing and syndrome differentiation

[HTSS]干眼症是临床常见病,发病率逐渐增高,并有年轻化的趋势,临床治疗效果尚欠满意。中医理论认为,目与肝关系密切。作者在临床中从肝论治干眼症,以养血调肝为主导,配合辨证施治;辨证论治与辨病论治相结合,取得较好疗效。

Dry eye is one of the common ocular diseases with high incidence and tend to involve more young patients.However,the treatment for such disease is unsatisfied.The theory of traditional Chinese medicine holds that eyes are closely related to the liver.This paper is tend to state another way to solve this problems,that is based on the traditional Chinese theory which is to through blooding nourishing and liver regulating.We found that syndrome differentiation combined with disease differentiation is an effective way for dry eye.
