33例缺血性脑卒中患者视网膜管径特征研究

Characteristics of retinal vascular caliber in 44 patients with ischemic stroke

目的研究脑卒中患者视网膜血管管径的特征。方法纳入成都中医药大学附属医院检查确诊的33例脑卒中患者(试验组)和147例健康受试者(对照组),使用Oxymap T1视网膜血氧计测量视网膜血管管径。选择提取脑卒中病组及正常组受试眼视网膜动、静脉管径,比较其血管管径差异。结果脑卒中病患者视网膜动脉(115.67±14.57um)、静脉(155.40±12.32),正常对照组(115.93±12.38um、143.25±17.54um),脑梗患者双眼静脉管径均值均大于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与正常人相比,脑卒中患者视网膜静脉管径更大。

Objective To study characteristics of caliber of retinal vessels in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods 33 patients with IS(experimental group)and 147 healthy subjects(control group)were enrolled and examined at Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM.Retinal vascular caliber was measured by Oxymap T1 retinal oximeter and the difference was compared.Results The calibres of the retinal arterioles was 115.67±14.57um and retinal venules was 155.40±12.32um,compared with 115.93±12.38um and 143.25±17.54um respectively in healthy group.The mean caliber of the retinal venules of the IS eyes were significantly more than those of the healthy eyes.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Retinal venules in Patients with Ischemic stroke disease were wider than the normal.
