长期佩戴硬性透气性角膜接触镜对屈光参差性弱视患儿视功能的影响

Effects of rigid gas permeable contact lenses on visual function in children with anisometropia amblyopia

目的观察屈光参差性弱视患儿视功能在长配戴硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGPCL)下的变化,为屈光参差性弱视患儿临床治疗提供理论参考。方法选择2015年9月至2017年8月我院眼科收治屈光参差性弱视患儿60例,按照随机数字表法均分成两组,每组30例;观察组患儿配戴RGPCL,对照组患儿配戴单光框架眼镜;观察并比较两组患儿配戴6个月后立体视功能、图形视觉诱发电位的变化。结果配戴6个月后,观察组远立体视达到Ⅲ级的患儿及近立体视≤100”的患儿增加幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿P100波潜伏均较治疗前缩短,观察组P100波振幅较治疗前提高,其中观察组提高/缩短幅度均明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前与戴镜6个月后P100波振幅差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论长期配戴RGPCL能够有效改善屈光参差性弱视患儿视功能,还能在一定程度上改善视路传导功能,在屈光参差性弱视患儿中推广价值高。

Objective To observe the changes of visual function in long wearing rigid gas permeable contact lens(RGPCL)in children with anisometropia amblyopia,to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of anisometropic amblyopia in children.Methods Selected 60 children with anisometropia amblyopia from September 2015 to August 2017 in our hospital,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,30 cases each group.The children in the observation group were wearing RGPCL,while the control group were wearing single light frame glasses;Observed and compared the changes of stereopsis and pattern visual evoked potential between the two groups after wearing 6 months.Results 6 months later,the increased of children reached far stereopsis grade and near stereopsis less than 100"in observation group was significantly more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the P100 wave latency were observed,and the amplitude of P100 wave increased in two group before treatment,the rate of improve/reduce in observation group were significantly greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in P100 wave amplitude in the control group before and after 6 months(P>0.05).Conclusion Long term wearing of RGPCL can effectively improve the visual function of children with anisometropia amblyopia,and can improve the visual pathway conduction function to a certain extent,and it has high promotion value in children with anisometropia amblyopia.
