睑缘炎的中西医治疗研究进展

Progress in the treatment of blepharitis

睑缘炎是眼科最常见的疾病之一,以往在临床上常被忽视,由于其可能引起结膜炎、角膜炎,甚至角膜溃疡穿孔等严重并发症,近年来不断被关注。目前尚无标准治疗方案,但睑缘热敷和按摩、局部抗生素、免疫抑制剂、联合口服抗生素以及中医特色治疗等都被得证实可取得良好疗效。本文对近几年睑缘炎治疗的中西医治疗研究进展进行总结。

Blepharitis is one of the most common diseases in ophthalmological clinics,which was ignored often by ophthalmologists in the past.Because of its complications of conjunctivitis,keratitis and even corneal perforation,it has been paid more attention in recent years.Despite the lack of a standard therapeutic regimen,the efficacy of lid hygiene,topical antibiotics,topical immunosuppressant,systemic antibiotics and Characteristic treatment of Chinese Medicine has been supported proved effective by many studies.This review is going to provide a summary of recent researches on TCM and western medicine trentment of blepharitis.
