随着智能制造技术的进一步推广,多轴数控加工技术正在得到越来越为广泛的应用。CAXA制造工程师软件是数控多轴加工应用广泛的CAD/CAM软件。通过分析凸轮零件图纸及技术要求,合理安排数控加工工艺,利用CAXA制造工程师强大的实体、曲面造型功能,完成凸轮零件曲面造型,设置加工参数完成粗精加工,在仿真加工无干涉、无撞刀的情况下,将程序传送到数控机床完成实体零件加工。

With the further popularization of intelligent manufacturing technology,the machining technology of multi-axis numerical control is becoming more and more widely applied.As a CAD/CAM software,CAXA manufacturing engineer software is a widely used for NC multi-axis machining.By analyzing the drawings and technical requirements of cam parts,the NC machining process is reasonably arranged,and the solid and curved surface modeling functions of CAXA manufacturing engineers are used to complete the surface modeling of cam parts,and the processing parameters are set to finish rough finishing.In the case of no interference and no collision,the program is transmitted to the CNC machine tool to complete the machining of the solid parts
