价值观自信是比文化自信更为深层的自信,是文化自信得以形成的根本前提。文化的根本功能在于文以载道,以文化人。核心价值观是文化的灵魂之所在,是所载之"道","化人"的过程就是培植人的价值观的过程。价值观自信,内蕴着文化自信的核心要义,是文化自信的精神实质之所在。文化自信和价值观自信具有内在关联性,培育和增强文化自信,必须把社会主义核心价值观建设作为一项战略性任务抓紧抓好,切实夯实文化自信的价值观基础。

Confidence in values is much deeper than that in culture,and it is the fundamental prerequisite for the later to come into being.The basic function of culture is that“writings are for conveying the principle and civilizing people with culture”.The core values are the soul of culture,the principle which culture bears,and the process of civilizing people is the process of cultivating people’s values.The confidence in values is the core meaning and spiritual essence of cultural confidence.The inner relevance between cultural confidence and confidence in values tells us that we must grasp core socialist value as a strategic task and consolidate the values as the foundation of cultural confidence.
