常山柴胡组方对三黄鸡球虫病疗效研究

Curative effect experiment of extract of Changshan combined with Chaihu on Three-yellow chicken coccidiosis

为了分析常山柴胡组方对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的疗效和最佳给药剂量,本试验将常山、柴胡按1:1比例配比后熬制,获得水溶性提取液;通过构建正阳三黄鸡柔嫩艾美尔球虫感染的动物模型,将提取液通过拌料方式给药,药量分别相当于每只每日0.6 g、1.0 g、2 g、4 g、6 g中药组方原粉;设地克珠利对照组(1 mg/kg饲料)、阳性对照组和阴性对照组。结果表明:与阳性对照组相比,组方各剂量组鸡只盲肠肿胀明显减轻,血性内容物显著减少,其抗球虫指数分别为91.17、133.25、149.5、106.96和100.86,均高于阳性对照组(62.14);常山柴胡组方按1.0g/只/日、2.0g/只/日给药,抗球虫指数均高于地克珠利对照组(123.96)。常山柴胡组方能有效抑制球虫增殖,且能减轻球虫对肠道的损伤。

In order to analyze the curative effect of extract of Changshan combined with Chaihu and select the optimal dosage on chicken coccidiosis,powder of changshan and chaihu was mixed with the ratio of 1 GA6FA 1 and water-soluble extract was acquired to perform this research.Animal Models were constructed on Zhengyang Three-yellow chicken by inoculated E.tenella spores oocysts.The water-soluble extract was mixed with daily diet and the dosage was set at 0.6 g,1.0 g,2.0 g,4.0 g,6.0 g equal to homotenous powder.Diclazuril group(1 mg/kg diet),positive control group and negative control group were set to validate the experiment.Compared with the positive control group,tumescence and blood-like content of cecum at series dosage groups were all decreased apparently.The ACI were 91.17,133.25,149.5,106.96,100.86,which were all higher than positive control group(62.14).The ACI of 1.0 g and 2.0 g dosage were both higher than Diclazuril group(123.96).conclusion:prescriptions of Changshan combined with Chaihu at 1 GA6FA 1 ratio could suppress coccidium proliferation,meanwhile it can release the enteric impairment caused by coccidian infection.This research has provided theoretical evidence for the application of the prescriptions in the treatment of chicken coccidiosis.
