Current Situation and Prospects of Grass Seed Production and Management in Henan Province

草牧业的发展已经成为我国推进农业供给侧结构性改革的重要举措,作为草牧业的发展基础,草种产业的良性生产和经营关乎草牧业能否健康可持续发展。近年来,国家加快了生态保护建设和现代化饲草产业发展的步伐,实施了粮改饲、生态奖补、草牧业示范建设等工程,对草种量和质量的需求提出了更高的要求。我省草种生产企业缺乏,草种经营企业少且规模小,但我省种草历史悠久,地理气候适宜各类牧草生长,近年来省委省政府制定了促进草牧业发展的一系列政策措施,为草种业的发展提供了良好条件,草种业发展潜力巨大。

The development of grass husbandry has become an important measure to promote the structural reform of agricultural supply-side in our country.As the foundation of grass husbandry,the benign production and management of grass seed industry is related to the sustainable development of grass husbandry.In recent years,our country has speeded up the construction of ecological protection and the development of modern forage industries,and implemented projects such as crop reform,ecological reward and compensation,and demonstration construction project of grass husbandry,thus placing higher demands on the quantity and quality of grass seed.In recent years,the provincial government has formulated a series of policies and measures to promote the development of grass husbandry,which provide good conditions for the development of grass seed industry.
