口服 5 羟色胺 3(5 HT3 )受体拮抗药用于细胞毒药物和其他致吐物质引起的外周反射性呕吐有明显疗效 ,其吸收迅速 ,对 5 HT3 受体有较强亲合力。预防强致吐物引起的呕吐 ,可口服格拉司琼2mg·d- 1或昂丹司琼 2 4mg·d- 1;预防中度致吐物引起的呕吐 ,可采用格拉司琼 1mg·d- 1,或昂丹司琼 8mg ,bid ,或多拉司琼 10 0mg·d- 1。

There were remarkable effect and rapid absorption, and stronger affinity for 5-HT 3 receptor by oral administration of 5-HT 3 receptor antagonists for peripheral reflected vomiting induced by cytotoxic drugs and other vomiting-induced substances. The vomiting induced by strong vomiting-induced substances could be prevented by oral administration of granisetron 2 mg, qd or ondansestron 24 mg, qd. The vomiting induced by moderate vomiting-induced substances could be prevented by oral administration of granisetron 1 mg, qd, ondansetron 8 mg, bid or dolasetron 100 mg, qd.
