PVFC与萃取精馏工艺回收高纯度糠醛的流程模拟及能量对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 渗透汽化-分级冷凝(PVFC),是针对低浓度水溶液中高沸点有机物的高纯度回收而开发的一种新型耦合工艺。基于实验数据,借助Aspen Plus软件,选用非随机双液体模型(NRTL)分析PVFC工艺和传统的萃取精馏工艺的热力学过程,重点考察操作温度对产品质量和产量的影响,对比两种工艺的能耗,揭示了PVFC工艺生产高纯度糠醛的机理。结果表明,PVFC工艺的能耗仅是萃取精馏工艺50%,而产品纯度可以达到99.9%(实验值),萃取精馏工艺的产品纯度大约97%.与传统工艺相比,PVFC耦合工艺采用较少的单元设备,不但节约能耗而且避免使用萃取剂,对易形成共沸体系的高沸点有机物的高纯回收具有很好的应用前景。 Pervaporation-fractional condensation(P V FC)is a new type of coupling process developed for high pu rity recovery of high boiling organic compounds in low concentration aqueous solutions.On the basis of experimental data,the thermodynamic processes of PVFC and traditional extractive distillation were analyzed by the model of non-random two liq u id(N R T L)w ith in the Aspen Plus software,w ith the emphasis on the influence of operating temperature on the product quality and yield,as well as the energy consumed by the two kinds of processes.The mechanism of obtaining high pu rity furfu ra l by the PVFC process was also revealed.The results show that the energy consumption by the PVFC process was only 50%of that by the extractive distillation process.However,the pu rity of the product by the PVFC process,99.9%(experimental value),was higher than that by the extractive distillation process,97%.Compared w ith the traditional process,the PVFC coupling process needs less unit equipments,not only saving energy consumption but avoiding the use of extracting agent also.Therefore,it is a good applica-tion for high pu rity recovery of high boiling point organic compounds which are easy to form azeotropic system.
