摘要
大部分难采石油因受到油藏内微孔和裂缝的毛细管力、表面张力等的作用,被困在岩层中无法被常规方法驱出,因此,研究石油在微观尺度上的流动性,对于提高石油采收率有着非常重要的作用。微流控技术是专门研究、处理和控制纳微米尺寸流体的技术,微流控芯片则可以轻松构建微米尺寸的复杂流道,越来越多的学者开始尝试使用微流控芯片研究复杂流体在岩心和微尺寸模型中的流动行为。文中简单介绍了目前提高石油采收率的相关研究,综述了国内外学者使用微流控芯片在提高石油采收率方面的应用和实验结果,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。
Oil usually is trapped and cannot be extracted because of the capillary force and surface tension of the pores and cracks in the reservoir.Therefore,it is important to study the flow performance of petroleum on micro-scale.The micro-fluidics is aiming at handling the fluid in the micro-scale and nano-scale,which is in same range of the porous media in the rock.Besides,it is also very convenient for micro-fluidic chips to process channels in the micro-scale.A growing number of researchers now begin to use microfluidic chips to study the flow behavior of complex fluids in core and micro model.The paper briefly introduces the current research on enhanced oil recovery,reviews the recent applications of micro-fluidic chips to oil recovery,and and forecast its future development direction
