摘要
旅游纠纷非诉解决方式是人民法院"四五"改革纲要"健全多元化纠纷解决机制"的组成部分,目前存在诸多问题。对此,应完善旅游投诉机制,建立旅游行业调解机制,建立旅游纠纷在线调解机制,重视人民调解的作用,建立旅游纠纷仲裁服务中心,以及建立与完善其他配套设施。
The non-litigation solution of tourism disputes is the outline of the“four or five”reform of the people s court,which is the component part of“improving the resolution mechanism of diversified disputes”.There are many problems.The tourism complaint mechanism should be improved.Establishing the mediation mechanism of tourism industry;Establishing an online mediation mechanism for tourism disputes;Attach importance to the role of people mediation;Establishing and perfecting the arbitration service center of tourist disputes according to this;Also establish and improveother supporting facilities.
