我国社会正处于经济变革转型阶段,大量新型矛盾、纠纷涌入法庭,基层法院应接不暇,突出表现为"案多人少",因此,在司法改革进程中探索基层人民法庭多元化纠纷解决机制很有必要。以基层家事纠纷为视角,分析基层人民法庭多元化纠纷解决机制的功能,针对基层家事纠纷现有的公力、社会、私力三方面救济途径,对人民法庭多元化纠纷机制构建提出设想。

The society of our country is in the stage of economic reformation and transformation.A large number of new disputes poured into the court,the outstanding performance in the grass-roots court is“the number of cases is less than the number of people”.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the multiple dispute settlement mechanism of the grass-roots people's court during the reform of the judiciary.Find the role of the Pluralistic Dispute Resolution mechanism by the grass-roots people s court through the analysis of the domestic disputes at the grass-roots level.Put forward the new system construction on the basis of the existing solutions to the dispute of family affairs at the grass-roots level.
