党的十九大报告将"深化供给侧结构性改革"列为"建设现代化经济体系"的首要任务。供给侧结构性改革就是以调整的方式,改革无效和低效供给变为有效和中高端供给,使供给侧和需求侧得到平衡。应用在教育领域则是指高校人才培养、人才供给要满足社会的需求。从当前跨境电商专业人才存在的问题和人才培养模式、内容、手段入手,探索跨境电商创新人才培养新模式。

The 19th CPC National Congress Report of the Party regards“deepening the structural reform on the supply-side”as the primary task of“building a modern economic system”.It advocates the structural reform on the supply-side.That is,in the way of adjustment,the ineffective and inefficient supply of reform becomes effective and high-end supply,so that the supply-side and demand-side are balanced.The application in the field of education is the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.The talent supply must satisfy the social demand.Chinese society has entered the“Internet age”,the cross-border e-commerce industry rapidly developed,aim to explore a new mode of cultivating innovative talents in cross-border E-commercefrom the aspects of problems existing in the current cross-border e-commerce professionals and the mode,content and means of talent training.
