外引玉米种质抗粗缩病配合力分析 被引量:1

摘要 我国抗粗缩病的玉米种质遗传基础较狭窄,为拓宽我国玉米种质,从国外引进并选育抗粗缩病的材料对玉米抗病育种具有重要意义。对从阿根廷引进的12份玉米自交系及群体于2013,2014年进行粗缩病抗性鉴定,并且采用NCⅡ试验设计与4个国内骨干自交系组配48个杂交组合,对其进行粗缩病抗性鉴定以及抗性配合力分析,试验分2期播种。结果表明:播期对玉米粗缩病发病影响较大;自交系CA1106、CA1108、CA1107,群体CA1104、CA1103对粗缩病抗性较好,48个组合中昌7-2×CA1107抗性较好;12份新引材料一般配合力差异极显著,CA1107、CA1104具有较高的抗粗缩性一般配合力,可作为抗性亲本,利用潜力大;组合配合力差异达极显著水平,郑58×CA1106、PH6WC×CA1101、昌7-2×CA1102、PH6WC×CA1107、郑58×CA1303、PH4CV×CA1102组合具有较高的特殊配合力;遗传参数分析表明,玉米粗缩病在遗传过程中主要以加性效应为主,同时存在一定的非加性效应,性状表现受环境影响较大。12份外引材料中自交系CA1107以及群体CA1104对玉米粗缩病抗性最好,且一般配合力较高,可以在抗病育种中加以利用。 Germplasm resource of maize resistant to Maize rough dwarf virus(MRDV)is not very rich in China,therefore importing from Argentina and selecting varieties resistant to MRDV is significant to our breeding for disease resistance.Through identification of resistance to MRDV about 12 maize materials newly imported from Argentina in 2013,2014,using NCⅡexperimental design and identifying the MRDV resistance as well as analyzing combining ability of 48 hybrid combinations come from crossing the 12 maize materials and 4 key inbred lines in two dates.The results showed that sowing time had a great influence on MRDV,the inbred lines CA1106,CA1108,CA1107 groups CA1104,CA1103 were resistant to MRDV;Based on combining ability analysis of 48 combinations,Chang 7-2×CA1107 was resistant to MRDV;Significant difference was found in the general combining ability for 12 introduced new materials,CA1104 and CA1107 had good general combining ability,so it had a high potential as resistant cultivars;The special combining ability effect value was significant different between 48 combinations,the combinations Zheng 58×CA1106,PH6WC×CA1101,Chang 7-2×CA1102,PH6WC×CA1107,Zheng 58×CA1303,PH4CV×CA1102′s special combining ability effect value was pretty low,so it could be used in breeding for disease resistance.Further analysis of genetic parameters showed that inheritance of this trait was major in additive effect while there was certain non-additive effect,and this trait was influenced by the environment greatly.Inbred lines CA1107 and group CA1104 were the best resistant to MRDV,and their general combining ability was higher,which could be used in disease resistant breeding.
