虚拟计量构架技术下机床动态性能提升方法

摘要 机床的动态特性与机床加工精度有着直接的联系,然而目前针对机床构架柔顺性的研究尚不完善,文章针对具有柔性构架的小型机床,提出一种虚拟计量构架方法来增强系统的动态性能,在虚拟计量构架方法下不要求与计量构架关联的物理分量,通过加速度计测量构架位移来形成动态位移闭环反馈,在文中提出方法下,不需要复杂的控制器,在一个线性运动系统中对该方法进行验证,以小型数控机床μ4为例,伺服带宽提升了36%,动态刚度提升了70%,对于提升机床进度提供理论基础。 The dynamic characteristics of the machine tool has a direct link of the machining accuracy of the machine,but the current study on the architectural flexibility of the machine is still rare,.In this paper,a virtual metering architecture method is proposed to enhance the dynamic performance of the system,which is not required in the virtual metering architecture.In this paper,a complex controller is not needed.In this method,the method is validated in a linear motion system.Taking the small CNC machine tool as an example,the dynamic control of the system is carried out by using the accelerometer to measure the displacement of the frame.Servo bandwidth increased by 36%,dynamic stiffness increased by 70%,to improve the progress of the machine to provide a theoretical basis.
