轴承表面残余应力对滚道接触应力及裂纹扩展速度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 强化研磨能在轴承表面产生残余应力,为了研究此残余应力对轴承滚珠滚道接触应力及对轴承裂纹扩展速度的影响,首先从理论上分析了滚珠滚道的接触应力,再利用有限元分析软件分析了残余应力对轴承滚珠滚道接触应力的影响。结果表明:有残余应力和没有残余应力相比的内外套圈接触应力,接触应力增加或减少的量均不超过7.3%,这说明周向(切向)的残余应力对轴承滚道接触应力的影响较小,而轴向的残余应力对滚道接触应力的影响亦如此。最后利用FRANC3D分析了残余应力对裂纹扩展速度的影响,结果表明:残余拉应力增加了裂纹前缘的SIF,残余压应力减少了裂纹前缘的SIF。 Strengthening and polishing can produce residual stress in the bearing surface,in order to study the effect of this residual stress on the raceway contact stress and the crack propagation velocity,firstly,the contact stress of the raceway is analyzed theoretically,and then the influence of the residual stress on the contact stress of the raceway is analyzed by the finite element analysis software.The results show that the residual stress in contrast to zero at the raceway contact stress,increase or decrease the amount of not more than 7.3%,which shows little influence the tangential residual stress of bearing raceway contact stress,The effect of axial residual stress on the raceway contact stress is the same.Finally,FRANC3D was used to analyze the effect of residual stress on crack propagation velocity,the results show that the residual tensile stress increases the SIF of the crack front and the residual compressive stress decreases the SIF of the crack front.
