摘要
针对气门导管人工上料工作强度大、工作效率低并且容易造成端面严重损伤等问题,运用概念设计的思想将整个上料机构分解为主机体机构,上料机构和横移机构等子功能机构,然后对各子功能机构的工作原理和驱动方式进行构思和系统化设计,将各子功能机构集成设计得到了一种新型气门导管自动上料机。运用Solidworks建立其三维模型,并且利用有限元软件ANSYS对其关键部位进行应力分析,详细论证了方案的可行性。从使用情况来看,自动上料机解决了人工上料所面临的一系列问题,完成了研制要求。
In order to solve the problems such as high working strength of hand-feeding,low working efficiency and serious damage of the end plane of the valve guide,the whole material feeding mechanism was decomposed into the main body mechanism,the feeding mechanism and the traversing mechanism based on the conceptual design ideas.The working principle and the driving method of the sub-function mechanisms are conceived and designed systematically.Therefore,a new automatic feeding machine for valve guide was got by integrated design of these sub-function mechanisms.The Solidworks is used to build the 3D model,and the finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the stress of the key parts,and the feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated in detail.From the trial,the automatic feeding machine solved a series of problems the hand-feeding facing,and completed the development requirements.
