摘要
本文围绕固定总价合同的工程结算展开论述,结合工程实例探讨了固定总价合同在工程结算中各类纠纷的缘由及处理方案,最后提出如何避免工程结算时价款纠纷的思路。只有做好签约和履约阶段的合同管理工作才能有效避免工程结算时的价款纠纷。
This paper focuses on the fixed-price contract in engineering settlement,analyzes the reasons and treatment scheme of various fixed-price contract disputes,and puts forward the methods about how to avoid these kinds of disputes.Doing the contract management work properly in both the signing and performance stages is the only way to avoid the price dispute in engineering settlement.
