摘要
高速公路PPP项目具有投资决策难以及资金密集等特征,在项目规划阶段到最终投入运营的过程中,具有较多的不确定因素,需要以科学风险管理工作的开展保障工作效果。在本文中,将就高速公路PPP项目风险管理进行一定的研究。
The expressway PPP project possesses the characteristics of difficult investment decision and capital intensive.It has more uncertainties in the process of project planning and finally put into operation,and needs to be protected by scientific risk management.In this paper,we will conduct some research on risk management of expressway PPP projects.
