摘要
近年来,城市轨道交通建设招标实行"集中化"招标模式,即施工总承包、PPP项目大规模推广,造成轨道专业单独招标项目急剧减少,我们专业轨道公司将面临自主经营困难的局面,需要大量依赖上级企业或其他企业专业分包来维持公司持续发展。本文就总承包模式下如何做好轨道专业经营开发工作做详细阐述。
In recent years,the"centralized"bidding mode is adopted for urban rail transit construction bidding,that is,construction general contracting and large-scale popularization of PPP projects,which resulted in a drastic reduction in the number of separate bidding projects for orbital professionals.The professional orbital companies will face the difficulties of Self-management,and need to rely on subordinate enterprises or other professional subcontracting to maintain the sustainable development of the company.This article elaborates on how to do professional development of orbit professionals under the mode of general contracting.
