摘要
文章阐述精细化管理内涵和在机关事务管理中的运用,论述机关事务工作的特征、现状以及存在的问题,从教育宣传、优化流程、完善制度和监督反馈四个方面提出了机关事务精细化管理的对策。
The article elaborates the connotation of fine management and its application in authority affairs management,discusses the characteristics,current situation and existing problems of authority affairs work.It puts forward the countermeasures of authority affairs fine management from four aspects:education propaganda,process optimization,perfecting system and supervision feedback.
