近年来,河北省在农业转方式、调结构、促改革等方面积极探索,有力推进了农业转型升级。随着农业农村发展进入新的历史阶段,农业的主要矛盾由总量不足转变为结构性矛盾。面对新形势,必须着力提升科技支撑与保障能力,深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革,加快培育农业农村发展新动能,推进现代农业发展,开创农业现代化建设新局面。

In recent years,Hebei Province has actively explored the ways of agricultural transfer,structural adjustment and promotion of reform,which effectively promoted the transformation and upgrading of agriculture.With the development of agriculture and rural areas entering a new historical stage,the major contradictions in agriculture turned from structural deficiencies to structural contradictions.In the face of the new situation,efforts must be made to enhance the support and guarantee of science and technology,deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,speed up the cultivation of new momentum for the development of agriculture and rural areas,promote the development of modern agriculture and create a new situation in agricultural modernization.
