摘要
在金属冶炼过程中,燃料燃烧产生的烟气和过量空气会在熔体中产生气泡,气泡在熔体中的运动特性会对金属的冶炼效果产生重要的影响。冶炼过程中高温、密闭的冶炼条件以及熔体内气泡运动的复杂性给气泡运动的研究带来了巨大的困难。为了进一步研究气泡在熔体中的运动特性,数值模拟的应用显得至关重要,对提高金属冶炼效率提供给了有效的技术支撑。
In the process of metal smelting,the smoke and excess air generated by fuel combustion will produce bubbles in the melt,and the movement characteristics of the bubbles in the melt will have an important impact on the smelting effect of the metal.The high temperature,closed smelting conditions and the complexity of bubble motion in the process of smelting bring great difficulties to the study of bubble motion.In order to further study the movement characteristics of bubbles in the melt,the application of numerical simulation technology is very important,which provides a solid technical support for improving the efficiency of metal smelting.
